Objective:To chemotherapy-based treatment, ? strengthen the Spleen and reinforce Qi and Dredging stagnation and removing evil prescription ? in the main line, observe strengthen the Spleen to reinforcing Qi and Dredging stagnation and removing evil prescription?s treatment effects and to explore its mechanismMethods:The diagnostic criteria of Western medicine, Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation standards, clinical efficacy evaluation criteria, with reference to the Medical Secretary, Ministry of Health of People?s Republic of China, the relevant standard-setting in standardization of the diagnosis and treatment of common malignant tumors of China and The Guiding Principles of Clinical Study of Chinese Medicine. Choose 40 patients with colorectal cancer, and divide them randomly into treatment group and the control group. Take strengthen the Spleen to reinforcing Qi and Dredging stagnation and removing evil prescription for the treatment group(20 cases),one bag one day, and even served six weeks, and combined with oxaliplatin + CF/5-FU orXELOX chemotherapy, the specific drug as follows:oxaliplatin cisplatin 130mg/m2 ivgtt2h dl; calcium folinate 200mg/m2 ivgtt2h d1-5; 5-FU 300mg/m2 ivgtt4h d1-5.
